Jalapeno Chili

Jalapeno Chili - The jalapeño chile pepper is the most well known of chillies in the world. Used in so many dishes from chimichangas and tacos to nachos and burritos. The jalapeno is a medium to large size chile and famous for its warm, burning sensation when eaten especially around the lips (beware). When ripe, the jalapeño can be 2–3½ inches (5–9 cm) long and is almost always sold while still green. It comes from Capsicum annuum species from Mexico.
